After a few months of intense collaboration in Madrid, Paloma Arroyo Huidobro just moved to Lisbon to start a tenure-track research fellowship from the FCT (Portuguese Science and Tecnology Foundation) at the Instituto de Telecomunicaçoes of the Instituto Superior Tecnico.
